Lee McDaniel is the founder and owner of Peace of Mind Legal Documents of Texas, a family-owned, faith-based business rooted in compassion and clarity. With over 30 years of experience in the legal field, Lee brings both professional expertise and a deeply personal touch to every client she serves.
She is a proud graduate of Phillips Junior College of Business, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Technology. After working in various legal settings over the years, Lee saw firsthand how many individuals and families were overwhelmed by the legal process or felt they couldn’t afford to get their documents in order.
Now retired from traditional law office work, Lee created Peace of Mind Legal Docs to fill that gap, offering affordable, easy-to-understand legal document preparation without the high cost or intimidating atmosphere of a law firm.
As a Christian, wife, mother, and longtime Georgetown resident, Lee operates with integrity, patience, and a sincere desire to help others. She understands that planning for the future can be emotional and difficult, and she’s committed to making the process feel safe, simple, and respectful of your wishes.
